THE CAKE KITCHEN hosts fabulous Instagram parties in our brand new Studio that is not just a photo shoot in the making but where you can come together with your friends and have loads of fun doing something creative for a few hours.

Kids Parties are hosted at The CAKE KITCHEN, which is fully equipped and supervised by The Cooking Kitchen Chefs, professional to the last detail – ensuring that parents and children only have to arrive with the anticipation of a fun filled, stress-free party.

 

Party options - Cost is R450 per child

OPTION 1  

Chocolate making class: Teaching how to make chocolates, melting the chocolate to temper it,make creamy filling and glazing with mirror glaze. 10-15 Chocolates per person 

    

OPTION 2  

Decorate a small cake - we offer many different options and can be discused when booking your party. 

    

OPTION 3   

Decorate cupcakes, each guests will receive 6 cupcakes to decorate with many different icing colours and toppings that will make any little chef a master chef.

OPTION 4   

Rainbow color cake pops in ice-cream cones, topped with white chocolate and decorations

 

THE CAKE KITCHEN can accommodate up to 25 people per party and we require a minimum of 10 people, if you have less the cost will be R3 000  

 

Party Duration 

Parties usually take 3 hours, or as indicated per party option. The venue will be available 15 minutes before the party starts to arrange any extras, and 15 minutes after to pack up.

Time:  10:00 - 13:00

          14:00 - 17:00

Deposit

 

• 50% deposit must be paid when booking the party.

• The deposit books your place; we can unfortunately not keep dates open without a deposit being paid.

• The full amount must please be paid 1 week before the party when final numbers are confirmed.

EXTRA'S

​

You are welocme to bring in a Birthday Cake on the day as well as additional decorations and party packs.

​

We do offer food platters that can be ordered on request and they are Halal. You are also welcome to bring in your own snacks and drinks for the party for both kids and parents.

CANCELLATIONS

• Refund of deposit:
  1) Cancellation 3 weeks before the party, a full refund will be paid back.
  2) Cancellation up to 2 week before the party, a 50% refund will be paid back if the venue can be re-booked. If cakes \ party activity ingredients have been ordered this will be charged to the client on proof of order and payment by The Cooking Kitchen.
  3) Cancellation less than a week before the party, no refund of deposit.
