Adult Cooking Classes

Food made with love feeds not only the body,

but also the soul.

 

Something special happens when people gather together in a kitchen, weather it is to share in the preparation of food, just to observe with a class of wine or to learn a new skill.  

 

Food gets us excited and is part of our social interaction every day, the taste the look and the preparation of a beautiful and flavoursime meal will make you forget your problems for a short while, as you become very present and very grounded in the kitchen. It is hard not to, when you are cerounded by beautiful produce, like minded people and creating something so delicious and beautiful.

 

Each class is unique and is filled with creative energy and loads of laughs, really worth joining us for an evening or morning of cooking. 

 Greate care is taken to accommodate everyone joining a class so we are  Halal, Vegan and Vegetarian friendly. 

  Our classes are 120 min (2 hours) long, giving us time to prepare the dish  as well as taste each element - the best part.  All recipes are supplied in the  class making it  easy to replicate at home.

   MASTER CLASS          -          Thursday 6:30 - 10:00pm (R500 per class) 

   DOMESTIC COOKING   -        Friday 10:00 - 12:00pm

                                                 Saturday 8:00 - 10:00am 

                                                 ( R450 per class) OR R1 650 for 4 classes 

   BAKING AND CAKE DECORATING -    Wednesday 10:00 - 12:00pm

CALLING ALL FOODIES - Join in or come for a Master Class

Bonding with family, friends and other passionate foodies while cooking and tasting is the essence of The Cooking Kitchens motto.  Our classes are relaxed, interactive and has a non-intimidating free-style approach. You can choose to get stuck into preparing a range of delicious dishes, under the watchful eye of owner and Nutritionist Yolanda Duxbury or join a master class with a glass of wine in hand and observe with amazement – the choice is entirely yours.

The Cooking Kitchen  also hosts workshops for private functions such as ladies bookclub evenings,  parties, corporate team building, bachelorette parties, and many more.

Our Thursday evening Master Class is an exciting and social event loved by all attending. 
 
Our guest Chefs cook, prepare and demonstrate their skills while you have the opportunity to taste, help (if you would
like to) and just enjoy good food and good company.  
You are free to bring your own wine.
 
R500 per person.
